These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PR98 website located at https://pr98.cam ("Platform", "Site") and all related services, content and features made available through it. PR98 is an English-language online gaming information platform providing editorial content about sports betting, live casino games, slots, bonuses and responsible gambling, with a focus on Pakistani players.
PR98 is operated as an information platform and is not itself a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds or offer gambling services directly. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PR98 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your registration information if it changes. PR98 reserves the right to reject any registration application or to suspend an existing account if information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify PR98 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. PR98 will not be liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Each user may hold only one active account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
PR98 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these provisions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, reporting to law enforcement authorities, or pursuing civil remedies.
PR98 may reference payment options that are familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer options through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced solely as contextual payment options commonly known within Pakistan's payment ecosystem. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with PR98 or any gambling activity by any of these payment providers.
Actual deposit and withdrawal method availability, transaction limits, processing times and associated fees are determined entirely by the relevant Operator and the respective payment provider. Users must verify supported payment methods directly with the Operator before initiating any transaction. PR98 accepts no responsibility for failed, delayed or refused transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, where applicable, are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Currency conversion, where applicable, shall be conducted at rates determined by the Operator or payment provider. PR98 provides no guarantee of exchange rate accuracy or favourable conversion outcomes.
PR98 may describe or reference bonus offers and promotional incentives as a matter of informational editorial content. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions set by the relevant Operator, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps.
Users must read and understand the full bonus terms and conditions published by the relevant Operator before accepting any offer. PR98 does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or continued existence of any bonus offer described on the Platform. Bonus structures may be amended, suspended or withdrawn by the Operator at any time without notice.
All Content on the PR98 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of PR98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or exploit in any commercial manner any Content without the prior written consent of PR98.
Trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform, including the PR98 name and logo, are the exclusive property of PR98. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, PR98, its directors, officers, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content therein.
PR98 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of any Content on the Platform. All Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PR98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
PR98 is not responsible for the content, services, terms or practices of any third-party Operator referenced on the Platform. Any dispute arising between you and an Operator is solely between you and that Operator. PR98 accepts no liability for gambling losses, failed transactions, account disputes or any other harm arising from your engagement with any referenced Operator.
PR98 is strongly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can cause real harm to individuals and families, and we consider it our editorial obligation to present responsible gambling information prominently and honestly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PR98 is registered and operates, to the extent not inconsistent with Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.
PR98 does not claim to operate under any specific Pakistani legal authority and makes no representation as to the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with Applicable Law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and PR98, you agree to first contact PR98's support team in writing to seek an informal resolution. PR98 will use reasonable efforts to address your concerns promptly. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's rules.
PR98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless a specific effective date is stated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using PR98.
